Elbow Pain

What Is Elbow Pain?

Elbow Pain occurs around the 3 little bumps of bone that you can feel at the joint between your forearm and your upper arm. It may be at rest, when the elbow is moving, when you extend your arm or when it is bent.

What Causes Elbow Pain?

Elbow pain can be caused by overuse of the elbow joint, repetitive pressure or use of the elbow, or injury to the elbow. Common causes are tennis elbow (Lateral Epicondylalgia), golfer’s elbow, arthritis, entrapment of the radial nerve, ligament sprain, bursitis or referred pain from the cervical spine.
